How to set up your wallet (Linux)

Download and make it executable
After downloading, open a terminal in the same folder and run:
chmod +x zama-wallet-linux-x64

Run the wallet and create a new wallet
./zama-wallet-linux-x64 --daemon-host 209.38.228.29 --daemon-port 19580
When asked, type a name for your wallet file (e.g. mywallet) and set a password.

Save your 25-word seed phrase
The wallet will show you 25 words. Write these down and keep them safe. These 25 words are the only way to recover your wallet if your computer is lost or broken. Nobody can recover them for you.

Copy your wallet address
Type address in the wallet to see your ZAM address. It starts with 46 and is about 97 characters long. This is where all your mined ZAM will be sent.

Put your address in your mining config
Open your mining software config file and paste your wallet address as the "user" field. Your mined ZAM will flow directly to you — no middleman.
⚠️ Important — Seed Phrase Security
Never share your 25-word seed phrase with anyone. Anyone who has your seed phrase controls your wallet and all your ZAM. Zama support will never ask for your seed phrase. Write it on paper — not in a text message, not in email, not in a photo.
